Jennifer Newman is an associate at Ritholz Levy Fields LLP. Jennifer’s practice is focused on intellectual property, music, labor and employment transactions in the video game, television and entertainment industries.
Jennifer has experience working in the Business and Legal Affairs Department at Atlantic Records, as well as at a boutique entertainment firm in Manhattan, where she worked closely with production companies and clients in the television and entertainment industries. Jennifer also served as a volunteer at Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts, providing access to pro bono legal services to visual artists, musicians, filmmakers and non-profit organizations.
Jennifer graduated Summa Cum Laude from The State University of New York at Binghamton with a B.A. in Sociology, and received her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, where she served as an Associate Editor for the Fordham Intellectual Property, Media and Entertainment Law Journal.
