Jason Barth is senior counsel at Ritholz Levy Fields LLP. Jason specializes in transactional matters in the music industry and regularly advises recording artists, producers, songwriters, managers, record labels and music publishers. He also counsels media companies, video game publishers and various other clients through a wide range of intellectual property and entertainment related transactions.

Jason began his career as a litigator and continues to utilize those acquired skills and knowledge while representing and counseling clients. Prior to joining Ritholz Levy Fields LLP, Jason worked at a boutique entertainment law firm providing transactional services in the entertainment industry.
