Denis O’Regan is an associate at Ritholz Levy Fields LLP. Denis primarily works on corporate, commercial, and intellectual property matters for a broad spectrum of clients across the media, music, gaming, and apparel industries.

Prior to joining Ritholz Levy Fields, Denis practiced corporate law and worked on M&A, private equity, venture capital, and capital markets transactions involving energy, insurance, spirits, and technology companies. Denis graduated in 2021 from Brooklyn Law School, where he served as an Associate Managing Editor on the Brooklyn Law Review.
