Cody Brown is a partner at Ritholz Levy Fields LLP. Cody has a broad transactional practice in the media and entertainment industry, including television, film, music, and digital media.

Cody provides business and legal affairs services for film, television and podcast production companies, negotiates and drafts media distribution and licensing agreements, and structures the sale and acquisition of intellectual property and entertainment rights and properties.

Cody’s clients include filmmakers, podcast talent and producers, influencers, record labels, financiers, and production and media companies.
