Cayla Kaplowitz is an associate at Ritholz Levy Fields LLP. Cayla’s practice is focused on television and new media, with an emphasis on unscripted television. Cayla drafts production-related agreements and advises production companies on various legal matters across a variety of productions.
Prior to joining Ritholz Levy Fields LLP, Cayla interned in the Business and Legal Affairs department at Motion Picture Corporation of America in Los Angeles where she analyzed scripts and ancillary production materials for clearance issues and assisted with the execution of legal copyright and related intellectual property documentation.
Cayla obtained her B.B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, where she served as a Notes and Comments Editor for the Brooklyn Journal of Law and Policy.
